The self proclaimed top free agent out, Grandson aka Big Worm is from Bad Newz,Va.(Newport News,Virginia). In a city known mostly for it's high crime rate, "Bad Newz" is also known for it's underground hip hop scene. Representing that more than any, is none other than Grandson. Being a songwriter/producer/artist, Grandson brings a precise blend of southern swagg and a northern vibe, making him the balance that is needed in music. Grandson is also Co-CEO of Nex-N-line Records, and one third (1/3) of the the super group, "Crimeline". With over one hundred(100) songs in the vault and more to come, most think that he will make the "Nex-N-line" movement a brand name. "I don't take my self that serious, I just love hip hop". he responds when asked about his talent. "Va. is long overdue, and definetly as far as the real is concerned" he says. His debut album "Grand Opening" is set to be released in the summer of 2008.
